BCJT03 Automatic Bearing Assembly Machine

This machine can mainly complete following working procedures: auto feeding or fed by prior step → ball collection & separation → lack of ball inspection → lack of ball products NG → placing cages and aligning position → lack of rivet inspection before riveting → riveting → rivet height inspection after riveting → discharge.

Product Advantages

Ball collection employs gravity plug-in collection.
Ball separation and collection is flexible to minimize injuries to steel balls.
Apply to the assembling of both iron and nylon cages.
Unique dual-rod cage feeding structure and linkage mechanical pawl structure for cage picking.
The pneumatic-hydraulic pressure cylinder or servo press can be used for riveting, with pressure and travel controllable and adjustable.
Proprietary imaging technology for lack of rivets, balls and riveting defects inspection.
The standard modular structure design makes tooling changing and maintenance more convenient, and the performance more stable.
Specific component changing design enables cage riveting of non-standard bearings such as double row ball bearings, spherical bearings and hub bearings.
Security mechanism (national standard or European standard) can be customized based on requirements.
